Nei Gung Chuan Fa – “Internal Fist Way” is the actual original internal method that is called secret or closed door. There are no secrets, however, there is only training. Our Tai Chi Classes train the internal method and acquire the way of internal strength. That is a high level of understanding and training that is seen in all the Arts, but usually reserved only for advanced levels – why wait? These methods should be trained from the very first day you step into a Dojo.
Our classes, currently held in Mansfield, teach beginner and advanced forms of qigong, health & healing exercises with an emphasis on breathing, postures, and application. This class is intended for adults of all ages. The classes are challenging but students are encouraged to set their own goals and work hard to succeed.
Develop the structure and sequence of the 13 postures. Beginner students will learn the first portion of the form while connecting to their Dan Tien.
Using the postures and the form, students will work together to reform and adjust the postures unlocking the power potential hidden within the techniques.
With practice students will move seamlessly from posture to posture utilizing weight transfer and breathing techniques. Students fluidity and grace will make their techniques that much more dynamic and effective.
Tai Chi can be practiced for health, balance, focus and much more, but it is a martial arts and should always be trained as such. Learning the purpose “bunkai” behind the movements will unlock unlimited possibilities.
